Donation-Based Quarterly Practice with Nonviolent Communication Practice Guide, Jen Gergen (links to join and donate below)

Description

Join this quarterly call to deepen your nonviolent communication (NVC) practice!

On the second Wednesday at the start of each quarter, we will deep dive into discernment skills, explore roleplay practice with scenarios of tension alive in your life, discuss the challenges we face embodying the language of NVC, and more!

If there is specific area of focus you would like to niche down on, please submit your idea via email to: info@jengergen.com.

FOCUS FOR SECOND QUARTER:

Wednesday, April 9th @ 4:30pm PT / 5: 30pm MT / 6:30pm CT / 7:30pm ET

We’ll work on transforming our beliefs –the judgments, evaluations, assessments, moralizations, criticisms, etc. we have– into specific observations based on what we are noticing, remembering, seeing, hearing, experiencing, doing.  The goal is to define the catalysts for our beliefs, so we may challenge how they are shaped.

NVC experience encouraged: while those new to NVC will still enjoy these sessions, the practice will be most impactful for those already on their NVC journey.
